These are those still life masking tape and charcoal drawings I did last week:
It's been Really fun just doing things you'd never think of, and really rewarding when they come out looking alriiight !
For homework we had to make a picture using Just parcel tape, which is ew-ey sticky stuff to be honest. You do it against a window and layer tape so that the light can't get through the thick parts which then creates the shape and tone of things!
Everyone moaned about this but I Loved doing it and She liked mine best in class 8)
Todaaay we did a load of drawings in different ways again, most of which are great fun but I'm not about to show you them hah. We did the whole drawing with charcoal stuck to the end of a stick, blindfolded, continuos line, negative spaces, drawing with Text! Everything.
The onlt one I quite liked was when we covered the page in charcoal and used a rubber to make the image:
My back and arms are a little hurty cos we're not allowed to sit down and draw? so everything is stuck on my wall or an easel and it gets hard after 4 hours !
This is my little corner at the end of the day with all of my silly work on it :)
